Kevin Lynch has valued and consulted on commercial real estate matters for over 14 years.  He has appraised, and overseen, 
more than a thousand valuation assignments, both nationally and abroad, while always maintaining focus on the New York City Markets and neighboring areas, like the Westchester County, Rockland County, Long Island, New Jersey and Connecticut Markets. Prior to founding KPL Valuation, he was a Director within the New York office of Landauer Valuation & Advisory, a division of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. This experience follows years of appraising for the Leitner Group Inc.’s and Grubb & Ellis’s New York City offices, completing more than 750 appraisals throughout the New City Boroughs and Greater New York City areas.


Mr. Lynch has provided valuation and consultancy services on several national portfolios of office buildings, shopping centers, multi-family complexes and industrial warehouse/distribution centers. He has also offered valuation expertise on land developments, hotel/casinos, medical office buildings and transferable development rights/air rights, performed feasibility studies for several medical office developments and offered advisory services for several distressed real estate workouts.

Mr. Lynch graduated from University of Massachusetts at Amherst and later studied Finance with a concentration in Securities Valuation at the Terry College of Business, University of Georgia.   He has successfully completed all of the real estate courses and requirements sponsored by the Appraisal Institute, is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI designation), and was a participant of the 2016 Leadership Development and Advisory Council for the Appraisal Institute.
